Treinpunt / Simtogether

Beste mensen, onlangs heb ik in de Steam Sale de prachtige route Münster - Bremen gedownload, en dat geeft mij dan ook de mogelijkheid om de Freewareroute Hannover - Bremerhaven te downloaden. Echter, in de handleiding staat een link naar Treinpunt.nl (Hamburg-Bremen_AssetsPack01, https://www.treinpunt.nl/forum/download ... s;lid=4613) en Simtogether (Straddle Carrier by Philip Baines, https://simtogether.com/files/file/723- ... e-carrier/). Ik weet dat beide sites uit de lucht zijn en dat er al het nodige is geschreven hierover, maar ik ben de draad een beetje kwijt...Mijn vraag is daarom: komen deze bestanden nog weer beschikbaar op andere sites of is het helaas pindakaas?

Het beste kan je even aan geven welke .bin je zoekt.
want is niet aan te raden om ding via de archief van treinpunt/Simtogether te downloaden gezien hier een hoop een grote hoop met zeer verouderde assets.

daar kan je beter aan geven wat je mist aan assets dan kunnen we voor je kijken waar het beter te verkrijgen is en meestal nieuwere versies ipv in een oude archief te gaan vissen.

I was just wondering why this is the case? I was under the impression, or at least it seemed, that every new upload constituted a new ID, similar to how UKTS worked. If that's not the case, then that's rather annoying, and it seems a lot of Dutch routes rely on SimTogether content... as well as RailSim-FR content, which seems genuinely impossible to get an account on (I've registered, but even after a couple of days they haven't approved my account, and others have told me they never got approved)

Hardly any routes make use of the old TP or ST anymore, as pretty much everything you need can be found here.
It may happen that, in the odd case, an old manual is still available, but be sure to check the download page of the route itself for new links.

Also, what do you mean by ID? On TP, ST and here on DS, we use two IDs for each download: the URL ID and the File ID. The File ID only applies if something is posted by the team or on request.

Oh, and regarding your quote: please do not use it on a (direct) previous post, and certainly not in its entirety.

Oh, by ID I was referring to the number at the start of each file on the archive.. which I've since realised isn't really equal to the number in the ST URL. As you said, yeah.

I've seen a couple routes require ST stuff, but off of the top of my head I can't remember which ones - I'll keep in mind that most of it has been imported here though!

(On a sidenote, this website is great! Seems well moderated and has lots of content :3)
