The first one doesn't exist anymore.
I've searched everywhere myself I while back and wasn't able to find it.

The others are out there.
Haven't got the time right now to point you in the right direction.
Maybe others can help you faster.

i download wop 2.3 and 3.5 but the mencioned dkw autoswitch and manual no find.
