Well it is easier to make a starting point so then the scenario marker is at your start location and not somewhere else far from where your train is.
In the meantime I've created them myself via TS Tools. Maybe if anyone else is interested, I could share them here?

I don't think it's necessary considering 95% of people place the scenario maker at the place where the scenario starts, as mkasthijs explains and otherwise from this video (an old one in dutch).

Interesting process, I am used to work with route markers. Well no worries, I've found the solution to my problem anyway.
When you create a scenario and choose a starting point, you don't have to load any other scenario before, nor place another scenario marker in the editor, since the one for your scenario is already created. I find that process a bit counter productive, but fair enough, we all have different ways of working.
