Updates voor alle treinen
In de eerder genoemde treinstellen is de ATB geüpdatet. De ATB reageert nu veel meer als in het echt: De ATB heeft een vertraging van ongeveer 3 seconden gekregen na activatie van de nieuwe snelheid en de afstand waarop de ATB reageert is aangepast naar de officiële Prorail standaard waardes. Daarnaast verspringt de ATB direct nadat de kop van de trein een snelheidsverhoging voorbij gaat in plaats van na passage van de gehele trein. Hierdoor is de ATB een stuk realistischer geworden.
Updates voor de goederenwagons
De goederenwagens hebben verschillende kleine updates gehad. De meeste zijn cosmetisch van aard. Met behulp van een code die toegevoegd kan worden aan de goederenwagens kan nu gekozen worden of een wagon een knipperbol (k), sluitplaatje (s) of niets heeft (n). Ook hebben de geluiden van de verschillende goederenwagens een (kleine) update gehad. Verder zijn de Hbbkkss postwagons nu verkrijgbaar in het gratis PTT repaint pakket.
Stadler FLIRT3
Naast de eerder beschreven updates heeft de FLIRT twee nieuwe kleurstellingen: De 'gele neuzen' FLIRT en de fictieve 'NS Flow' kleurstelling.

NS SLT 'Sprinter Light Train'
De SLT heeft een complete mid-life revisie gehad. De trein heeft een geüpdatet, zeg maar gerust bijna nieuw 3D-model gekregen. De koersborden kunnen nu ook worden ingesteld op deze treinen. De treinen hebben net als in het echt toiletten gekregen en zijn weer helemaal up-to-date met de echte SLT's. Ook is het rijgedrag aangepast en kan je nu de tractiehendel met de sneltoets 'E' direct op 0 zetten.

Er zijn verschillende kleine dingen geüpdatet in de ICNG. LET OP: De ICNG heeft direct na de 1.0.4 update een hotfix ontvangen voor een gevonden fout.
