Tussen 1999 en 2006 was het tijd voor de ICR rijtuigen om hun welverdiende revisie te krijgen. Dit hield wel voor de NS in dat er op een aantal trajecten een tekort aan materiaal kwam. Vanuit Duitsland werden er 150 Duitse UIC-X rijtuigen gekocht en later ook nog geleased. Vanuit België kwamen er ruim 80 K4 rijtuigen om de leegte te vullen. Ook werd besloten om DDM1 rijtuigen, inclusief stuurstand op den duur in te zetten. Het leverde, na mate de tijd vorderde, een bonte stoet op in de intercity diensten. Het werd nog bonter toen de 1837 weer werd ingezet in de reizigersdienst en zij in de eerste periode nog in haar rode kleur reed. Op 22 juli 2002 reed de 1837 in de intercity dienst vanuit Maastricht naar Haarlem in zo’n bonte verzameling. Deze bestond uit Plan E, Plan W, ICR rijtuigen, gereviseerd ICR materiaal en DDM1. Aan u is de taak om deze trein naar Utrecht Centraal Station te brengen. *Sidenote een aantal van de treinen die u gaat tegenkomen hebben in deze respectievelijke combinaties gereden tussen juni en augustus 2002.

Let op:
Mocht je een crash krijgen bij het binnenrijden van het station van Eindhoven, dan raad ik aan om aan het begin van het scenario eerst buiten de locomotief te stappen en het spel te pauzeren.
Vervolgens vlieg je naar de andere kant van het station, laat daar de pauze eraf en laat vervolgens alles inladen, zodra het Philips Station is ingeladen druk je weer op 1 en ga je verder met het scenario.
De kans bestaat dat het dan wel werkt.

Description
Between 1999 and 2006 it was time for the ICR coaches to get their well-deserved renovation. For the NS, this meant that there was a shortage of train coaches on a number of services. 150 German UIC-X coaches were purchased from Germany and later also leased. More than 80 K4 coaches came from Belgium to help fill the void. It was also decided to use DDM1 coaches, including steering coaches, as an emergency solution in the long run. As time progressed, it resulted in a “colorful” collection in the intercity services. It became even more interessting when the 1837 was used again in passenger service and she still drove in her red color in the first period. On July 22, 2002, the 1837 drove in the intercity service from Maastricht to Haarlem in such an interessting collection. This consisted of Plan E, Plan W, ICR coaches, renovated ICR coaches and DDM1. Your task is to bring this train to Utrecht Central Station. *Sidenote some of the trains you are about to encounter ran in these respective combinations between June and August 2002.

Sidenote:
Should you encounter a crash when entering the station of Eindhoven, then I recommend first stepping outside the locomotive at the start of the scenario and pausing the game.
Then fly to the other side of the station, take the pause off and let everything load in, and once the Philips Station is loaded press 1 again and continue the scenario.
There is a chance it will then actually works.
