I know this scenario, it's mine. You don't miss any payware or trains, these trains have errors. Because I created this scenario on version 1.4, or 1.5. We are currently at 't Hart van Nederland 1.6 (and there is even an 1.75 beta out). If you play this scenario on an updated version of the route, this scenario won't work properly.

This is probably because this scenario was made for version 1.5 of the route (as also mentioned in the title: (v1.5) [CMNL] IC1649 naar Enschede), and not for 1.6.
The Download team always adds the route version in front of it, so you know for which route the scenario was created (except for most payware routes).
